Wild Sauna Voss – (Vossevangen)

(4/5) We did a private sauna for just the two of us. The sauna was super clean and nice. The view was amazing! We did go into the lake twice and that was fun! They are waiting for a permit to put a ladder into the lake, which we would’ve been great but we had to walk down to the beach. There is a lot of people walking past so be ready to smile and wave to everyone gawking at you in the sauna! We met Morgan who was oiling the sauna-he was super nice and let us know no one was after us so we could stay a bit longer.

(5/5) Simply the PERFECT sauna experience. It is small so I recommend if more than 3 people to reserve the whole thing because it would get cramped fast. We lucked out to have it to ourselves. And you simply must jump in the lake!

(5/5) I enjoyed the experience. There's a little changing room inside before you step into the actual sauna area, and once inside it's a beautiful view that's great for people and bird watching. It was lovely.

(5/5) Glad I came across this online as it was a memorable sauna experience on our last day in Norway. Really can’t beat the view! You can change in the adjacent hotel but you need to bring your own towel. It’s a bit of dash to the public beach, if you are so inclined. But I just wanted to relax and enjoy the view

(5/5) If you’re around Voss, this is the best place to wind down and relax! I love how easy the booking service is and how friendly the owners are to assist whit any questions. Plus for clean space ♥️

(3/5) It is important to note that the the sauna in Voss does NOT have great water access and it's in a more public location. The photos on the website make it seems like it's in a remote location with easy access to the lake in the background. But you actually have to run across a public walkway area, climb down a rock wall (not great if you have any mobility concerns), and the water is only knee deep.The photos on the website show (for one of the saunas, at least) show people jumping off a deck that is literally feet away from the the sauna. For the one in Voss, it's a fairly public area, right next to a parking lot, and you definitely can't jump in the water (it's only knee deep).The sauna itself was lovely, and the owner was very gracious when we called him and expressed our frustration. But we feel it is important for people to know these details so they can decide which sauna to book. We were equidistant between both locations, and if we had known what the Voss sauna was like, we for SURE would have booked the Gudvangen location. I told the owner that he needs to post more accurate pics on the website so that customers have accurate expectations.

(5/5) I had a great time at the Wild Sauna Voss. It was really nice to enjoy a good, steaming sauna session with front row tickets to the beautiful scenery surrounding Voss. There was a refreshing cold shower there, and of course you have the option of going into the freezing lake. The facilites were very clean and nice, and it was easy to book!

(5/5) What a superb little sauna! Stunning views of the lake and mountains. Super easy to book and access. Surprised myself by using the cold outdoor shower - she definitely gets hot in there! Add this to your must do list - you won’t regret it!

This is a great way to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Voss, the view is just incredible.I also love Wild Sauna Norways other sauna they have in Bakka near Gudvangen, I have visited a few times and always have a great experience. Whenever I have friends come and visit Voss this is the first activity I plan. Smooth booking process, simple process. You book, show up with your code, bring water, swim shorts and a towel, and then relax and switch off.

(5/5) A REAL Norwegian Experience! Book your sauna and jump in the cold lake before you start sweating 🥵 It's the best after you've done one of the picture perfect walks in the local area. You'll love their sauna too, I want to buy one for home!

(5/5) Beautiful sauna right by the lake in voss, you can either choose to take a dip in the refreshing lake water or use the built in cold water shower. Perfect activity when the weather outside is getting colder!

(5/5) Wir haben Ende Februar einen Slot gebucht, und die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos. Die Sauna ist wunderschön und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den See. Ein erfrischendes Eisbad im angrenzenden See ist ebenfalls gut möglich allerdings empfiehlt es sich, Badeschlappen für den Weg vom Saunabereich bis zum Einstiegsplatz ins Wasser zu tragen. Dieser ist mit einem ca. 50 Meter langen Fußweg erreichbar.

(5/5) Veldig fin badstu med sjukt god utsikt! Har en dusj som man kan kjøle seg ned i, men kan også gå 20 meter ned til vannet for en dukk. Er man heldig kan man få en veldig fin solnedgang 🙏🏼

(5/5) Vandaag gingen we naar de Wild Sauna in Voss. Wat een gave plek! We keken uit op het bevroren fjord bedekt met sneeuw. De sauna is ruim en goed warm. Wij koelen af door een sneeuwengel te maken naast een sauna in de dikke laag sneeuw. Maar er is ook een. Buitendouche en bij minder koud weer kun je een duik nemen in het fjord. Het ging heel makkelijk met een sleutelkluisje en je kunt je binnen omkleden en je kleding ophangen. Wij hadden een super beleving!
