(5/5) Amazing wood burning sauna with a view and easy access to the sea for cold plunges. Matthias is also a really kind and easygoing host! He had the sauna going for us when got there.If you're short on time, I recommend informing him before you drop in for the sauna. Since it's a wood burning sauna, it takes a few mins to get hot.

(5/5) Great hostel with super friendly staff! Stamsund Hostel is the best place to stay in Lofoten. They have SUP, rowing boats, fishing gear and bicycles you can use free of charge. The sauna is also super nice, especially after a long day exploring the islands.This place is more than worth the price — you get so much more than just a bed.Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lofoten — I’ll definitely be back!

(5/5) One of the best experiences during a rainy day lofoten and easy access to take a dip in the water and go back into the sauna. The host is also very nice and accommodating. Surprisingly cheap too. 10/10 would recommend
